Australian Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates 

  • Free standard delivery on orders over $99
  • $9 Standard Post flat rate on orders under $99
  • $12 Express Post flat rate on orders under $99
  • $15 Express Post flat rate on orders over $99

Order Confirmation, Dispatch, Tracking and Delivery 

  • Our team at 3PS will do everything to make sure your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible and your order will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. 
  • You will be notified of your order confirmation via email where your tracking number can be found.
  • You can use this tracking number to see your order’s movements via the Auspost website. 
  • Standard delivery within 5-7 business days and express delivery within 1-2 business days. Sometimes it will arrive earlier however we make no guarantees for the time frame of delivery, whether it be express or standard. 
  • We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been packed and dispatched.

  • 0-0.5kg Standard Post - $15
  • 0.51-1.2kg Standard Post - $23
  • 1.21-3kg Standard Post - $30
  • 3.1-5kg Standard Post - $40

 *Please note 5kg is the max available to ship to New Zealand.*

*Please note we do not offer Express Shipping to NZ  purely due to the cost to the customer.*

 

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • We offer international shipping to New Zealand only.
  • International shipping costs will be determined by weight and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
  • You should expect your delivery in 6-20 business days of ordering. Please note your orders are subject to potential delays at customs, we cannot predict this.
  • New Zealand customers are expected to cover any duties, fees or taxes associated with importing goods to NZ. You may need to refer to your governments website regarding importing goods.
  • Import taxes, customs duties and/or a brokerage (handling) fee may require payment. The charges aforementioned can be separate to the shipping charge and we do apologise for this. These costs are largely out of our hands as they are imposed by specific governments. We, unfortunately do not have a way to determine these costs. It is determined by customs.

 

To our New Zealand customers. We value your support and customer engagement. While we understand our shipping costs associated are slightly higher than others, we do promise to reduce these when possible as a thank you for your loyalty and support.
