Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event of needing to return your order our team will aim to make the process as seamless as possible. When you receive an order please make sure your order is in fact correct before tearing off the seal to your product. You will be unable to return your item after the seal has been torn. 

Change of Mind Policy:

If you have ordered something you no longer want you may return the item within 7 days. You cannot change your mind and send a product back after 7 days of delivery. If you do wish to return an item within 7 days of a “change of mind” the returning item’s shipping fees will be at your cost.

Label the email “COM - RETURN” and our team will get back to you within 1-3 business days to step you through the process. The item being returned must be unused, the seal un-torn and in the original package without damage. Once the item is received at our warehouse we can issue a refund or exchange the item. 

Please note: Opening, tasting and not liking the product does not count as a change of mind. If you do have an adverse/medical reaction to a product it will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

We understand that during the shipping process items may be damaged occasionally. If this was your order we sincerely apologise as what we don’t want to do is create bad memories from our service. 

To lodge a damaged or faulty item please email us on: admin@3pointsupplements.com.au

Label the email “DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS” and our team will get back to you within 1-3 business days to step you through the process. Please include detail and photos of the faulty item. Your item will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can choose to have the damaged item fully refunded. We will provide you with the shipping label at no cost to you.

Please note: We will not accept a damaged or faulty goods request after 7 days of receiving your item.
