Preparation & Cook Time (overnight)


  • 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh
  • 120g dark chocolate (nestle melts)
  • 20g sugar free marsh mellow (double D)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios
  • 1x packet sea salt cobs popcorn (snack size)
  • 60g (2 scoops) whey protein, 3PS vanilla


  1. Place all ingredients (excluding the choc melts) in a large bowl and mix together.
  2. In a small pot, add the choc melts and place over the stove, continue stirring until it's silky. 
  3. Pour the chocolate over the rest of the ingredients, mix softly but quickly.
  4. Pour the mixture int a lined tray, push down with the back of a spoon and place in the freezer for 20 min. 
  5. After the 20 min, take out the tray and chop it up.
    *Keep stored in fridge*
