  • 1x sachet jelly, lite (aeroplane)
  • 12 natural ice cream wafers
  • 1/4 cup dark roasted Peanut butter, melted (mayvers)
  • 60g (2 scoops) whey protein, 3PS vanilla


  1. To make the jelly, you will need to follow the instructions on the back of the package and set outside to cool.
  2. Place wafer biscuits in a zip lock bag, using your hand to crush them. Pour into a bowl and add protein powder and coconut oil. 
  3. Transfer mixture to a deep dish/ tray or container, pressing it down using your hands. Spread the melted PB across the base layer and lastly pour your jelly carefully over the top. 
  4. Place in the fridge to set overnight.
