Jaffa Protein Oats

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 30g whey protein, 3PS vanilla
  • 1x orange (juice and grind)
  • 1 tbsp nutella
  • 1 tsb raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Measure your oats into a small pot, add nutmeg, cinnamon, raw cacao powder and orange juice and grind. 
  2. Add boiling water until oats are covered, place over a heated stove with the lid on. Occasionally stirring the oats to make sure they don't stick. Your oats will slowly start to absorb the water. 
  3. Once the oats are cooked take off the heat and stir the protein powder in.
  4. Serve in a bowl, topped with nutella.
