  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 30g whey protein, 3PS vanilla
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 240ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp chia seed

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together into a blender and serve.
