Chocolate Protein Cake

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 5 scoops whey protein, 3PS Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 70g vanilla yo pro yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp cacao powder
  • 0.1 tsp maple flavoured syrup (sugar free - queens)


  1. Pre heat oven to 175 degrees
  2. Combine almond meal, protein powder, honey, almond milk, coconut oil and vanilla essence altogether using a mixer or food processor.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined bread loaf tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. 
  4. In a small bowl combine the yo pro yoghurt, cacao powder and maple flavoured syrup together and place in the fridge.
  5. Let the cake cool before spreading your yoghurt topping on top.
