Choc Pro Oats


  • 125g milk of choice 
  • 50g water
  • 40g rolled oats
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 2tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder


  • Pour milk and water into pot and bring to boil
  • Reduce to a simmer and add oats, cocoa and maple syrup 
  • Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes or until desired consistency
  • Take off heat and add protein powder
  • Add toppings
