Choc Mint Protein Balls

Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 2 tsp organic rice malt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 drops pure peppermint oil
  • 5g desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 60g (2 scoops) whey protein, 3PS vanilla

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high performance blender or food processor.
  2. Using your hands form 10 small balls and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of an hour before eating.
    *Keep stored in fridge*
