  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50mls oat milk, oat-ley
  • 30g whey protein, 3PS vanilla
  • 15g dark roasted peanut butter
  • 50ml water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • ice blocks

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together into a blender and serve.
