Banana Bread

  • 4 ripe banana's
  • 80g whey protein, 3PS vanilla
  • 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup - sugar free (queens)


  1. Pre heat oven at 175 degrees
  2. Add 3 bananas to a bowl and mash with a fork. Once it is smooth add all the other ingredients to the bowl and mix well (leaving your fourth banana for the top).
  3. Pour your mixture into a lined baking dish and place in the oven for 20-30 minutes. After the recommended cooking time, take a knife and poke through the middle to make sure it's cooked the whole way through.
