Apple Pie Protein Oats

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 30g whey protein, 3PS vanilla
  • 1x pink lady apple, chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple flavoured syrup, sugar free
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cinnamon


  1. Measure your oats into a small pot, add nutmeg, cinnamon and maple flavoured syrup. 
  2. Add boiling water until the oats are covered, place over a heated stove with the lid on. Occasionally stirring the oats to make sure they don't stick.
  3. Once the oats are cooked take off the heat and stir the protein powder in.
  4. Serve in a bowl, topped with maple flavoured syrup and sliced apple.
